Welcome to The Sacred Unveiling LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing services, booking appointments, participating in programs, or otherwise engaging with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Services

The Sacred Unveiling LLC provides online spiritual services, including but not limited to:

  • Spiritual coaching

  • Intuitive guidance

  • Tarot and oracle card readings

  • Energy healing sessions

  • Educational content

  • Workshops, courses, and group programs

  • Podcast and media content

All services are provided for educational, personal development, and spiritual purposes only.

2. No Professional Advice

The services and content offered by The Sacred Unveiling LLC are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

We do not provide:

  • Medical advice

  • Psychological counseling

  • Therapy

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Tax advice

You are solely responsible for seeking qualified professionals for any medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional concerns.

3. Personal Responsibility

By participating in our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You are voluntarily participating in our services.

  • You accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.

  • Any insights, guidance, or intuitive information provided are subject to your own interpretation and discretion.

You agree that all decisions made following a session or interaction with The Sacred Unveiling LLC remain solely your responsibility.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, spiritual experience, personal transformation, relationship outcome, financial gain, or life circumstance.

Individual experiences vary, and results depend upon numerous factors outside of our control.

5. Energy Healing Disclaimer

Energy healing services are complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation, self-awareness, and personal well-being.

Energy healing is not a substitute for medical treatment, mental health care, or professional healthcare services. Clients should consult appropriate licensed professionals regarding medical or psychological concerns.

6. Tarot and Intuitive Reading Disclaimer

Tarot readings, oracle readings, intuitive guidance, and spiritual insights are offered as tools for self-reflection and personal growth.

These services should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice or as a basis for making significant legal, medical, financial, or other life decisions.

All readings are interpretive in nature and provided solely for entertainment, educational, and spiritual purposes.

7. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment is required prior to the scheduled session unless otherwise stated.

Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. 

Policy on lateness, cancellation and no-shows: 24-hour advance notice is required to reschedule Zoom/online readings. If you do not give me this advance notice, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. Please take the time to email me or use the Acuity site link sent to you if you need to reschedule. I put this time aside for you, and if you do not show or contact me, I cannot make that time available for another client. If you are late, you will forfeit that time, your reading will finish at the originally scheduled time. There is no refund or rescheduling for no shows. I will wait 10 minutes for your late arrival, but after that I consider this to be a no-show.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Because spiritual services involve reserved time, completed services are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests for courses, workshops, or digital products will be governed by the specific refund policy stated at the time of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by The Sacred Unveiling LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Website content

  • Course materials

  • Videos

  • Audio recordings

  • Podcasts

  • Worksheets

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Written materials

is the exclusive property of The Sacred Unveiling LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our clients and will make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality regarding information shared during sessions.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in electronic communications, online platforms, or circumstances required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sacred Unveiling LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of our services

  • Reliance on information provided

  • Participation in coaching or healing sessions

  • Decisions made following sessions

  • Website access or use

Your use of our services is entirely at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Sacred Unveiling LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Online Services

Services are conducted online through platforms such as Zoom or other virtual communication tools.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet access, equipment, and privacy for participation.

The Sacred Unveiling LLC is not responsible for interruptions caused by technology failures outside of our control.

Services Agreement: You will be remitting payment as a “Service”, not “Goods.” You’re not paying me for a product. You’re paying me for my knowledge, experience, insights, foresight, and my time. You’re paying me to set aside everything else in my life, clear my schedule, and dedicate my energy entirely to you for the duration of your reading. When you order a reading, you are receiving from me a customized, personalized service, not any ordinary product.

13. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, offering, program, pricing structure, or website content at any time without prior notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of California.
